PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely all Sun. rentals must be reserved and paid in full no later than the Sat before, or staff may not be available to accomodate the rental.

RENT THE LARGE STUDIO AS AN ALTERNATIVE THEATER SPACE
Large Studio is also available Sat. night 6 pm-11 pm, or Sun. from 4 pm-9 pm for performances, readings, lectures or meetings. Folding chair seating for 30-80 depending on use of dance floor space for performers.
Sorry, no parties, or food and beverages in Large Studio.
Small studio available at additional hourly charges for reception. Any food or beverages for the reception must be included with admission charges. Absolutely no sale of alcohol.

Two studios with sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light in the Large Studio. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Fifteen folding chairs available (more coming).
Good for rehearsals or classes flamenco, tap, salsa, ballet, modern, and exercise/aerobics.
DANCERS PLEASE: no black-soled street shoes - too hard to clean streaks off marely floor!
Music rehearsals also permitted, but minimal music equipment extras available at this point.
Sound system in the Large Studio with CD and tape. Portable CD and Tape Players in the Small Studio. Young Chang upright piano in Large Studio. Kawai K1-II five-octave weighted key synthesizer available in Small Studio (by advance reservation only).
TERMS (Effective 6/1/11)
Long term reservations require payment in advance of each month. Any hours reserved in Small Studio at $22/hr, or Large Studio at $44/hr
Both studios pro-rated by the half hour, if convenient to Flamenco Latino schedule. If you are paying cash for pro-rated half hour fees, any $0.50 fees will be rounded up to the next dollar amount - otherwise pay by credit card or check. Checks will require full ID.
All clients with monthly billing and ongoing reservations must give at least 6 weeks notice for any interruption in weekly rental schedule, or any plans to discontinue reservation of hours at Flamenco Latino.
All single day rentals must be paid before the rental starts. Certain rental reservations may require prepayment before the day of rental. Now accepting MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice. You must speak by phone before the reception is closed, or receive a confirmation from Flamenco Latino that your email notice of cancelation has been received, otherwise full payment is due.
For monthly billing and ongoing reservations, minimum of one week notice for any cancelled hours which are part of a monthly account. Monthly accounts get no refunds. Credit issued on next month's bill.
All renters will be required to sign to Rental Terms and Studio Rules and Etiquette Agreement. All rental clients using Flamenco Latino Studio to produce their own classes, or rehearse a group of people are responsible for the conduct of every member of their party.
