Studios available 7 days a week, 9 am - 11 pm. (Very early or very late rentals may be contingent on regular rental traffic, as well as staff availability.)

EVENT RENTAL
Large Studio is also available as a performing space Saturday night, Sunday late afternoon or evening, and some Fridays (based on dance studio rentals) Some weeknights may be available during the year for event rental during around end of summer or before Christmas. Complete with curtains, lighting and seating for 70.

Two studios with sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light in the Large Studio. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Fifteen folding chairs available (more coming).
Good for rehearsals or classes flamenco, tap, salsa, ballet, modern, and exercise/aerobics.
DANCERS PLEASE: no black-soled street shoes - too hard to clean streaks off marely floor!
Five individual Rosco subfloor, sprung, wood, 3.5 foot square platforms now available for use during classes or as a stage during events. Five more coming by Sept.
Music rehearsals also permitted, but minimal music equipment extras available at this point.
Sound system in the Large Studio with CD and tape. Portable CD and Tape Players in the Small Studio. Young Chang upright piano in Large Studio. Kawai K1-II five-octave weighted key synthesizer available in Small Studio.
RATES AND TERMS (Effective 5/1/09)
Large Studio (53' by 26') SuperSaver Hours $30/hr, Medium rate $40/hr, Premium hours $44/hr. Monthly Premium rate renters get $42.00/hr by prepaying the monthly account.
Small Studio (20' x 12'), SuperSaver Hours $15/hr, Medium rate $18/hr, Premium hours $22/hr. Monthly Premium rate renters get $21.00/hr by prepaying the monthly account. Monthly accounts require full contact information and must be paid before 1st of each month.
Both studios pro-rated by the half hour, if convenient to Flamenco Latino schedule.
All monthly ongoing reservations must give 6 weeks notice for any interruption in weekly rental schedule, or plans to leave Flamenco Latino.
All single day rentals must be paid in before the rental starts. Certain rental reservations may require prepayment before the day of rental. Now accepting MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX
VCR or DVD and monitor available for $10.00 extra.
Lockers available - $15/month.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice for all single day rentals, or rental value will be charged. One week notice for any cancelled hours which are part of a monthly account. Monthly accounts get no refunds. Credit issued on next month's bill.
All renters will be required to sign to Rental Terms and Studio Rules Agreement.
