Two studios with sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light in the Large Studio. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Fifteen folding chairs available (more coming).
Good for rehearsals or classes for ballet, modern, exercise/aerobics, salsa, and, of course, flamenco and tap.
PLEASE: no black-soled street shoes - too hard to clean streaks off marely floor!
Music rehearsals also permitted, but minimal music equipment extras available at this point.
Large Studio is also available as a performing space after rental hours on weekends, complete with curtains, lighting and seating for 70. Please inquire for rates and terms.
Sound system in the Large Studio with CD and tape. Portable CD and Tape Players in the Small Studio. One piano available which can be moved from Large Studio to Small Studio.
RATES AND TERMS (Effective 6/1/08)
Large Studio (53' by 26') $44.00/hour, $42.00/hour by monthly account
Small Studio (20' x 12'), $22.00/hour, $21.00/hour by monthly account
Both studios pro-rated by the half hour.
All single day rentals must be paid in cash before beginning the rental period. Credit cards coming soon.
Checks only accepted for monthly accounts. Monthly accounts require full contact information.
VCR or DVD and monitor available for $10.00 extra.
Lockers available - $15/month.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice for all studios paid at full rates. One week notice for any studios block-booked by the month; no refunds, credit issued on next month's bill.

These rates only apply when there is no regular rental traffic or company activities in the studios. No monthly accounts for these rates.
