Come and rejoice in constant sweat and move to the rhythm of African energies. Here you will have a warm up that will work your quads, abs, triceps and overall body.
Leg stretches prep you for leaps and jumps, and then an invigorating choreography - African movement incorporated with aerobic moves.
You need to bring weights to balance out the intense workout. New cooling down: giving hommage to your potentially fit bodies. This workout is high impact; however, you may go at your own pace.
Beginners welcome.
